In many cases, we do share your information with third parties, we want you to be clear who we are sharing your information with, the reasons for doing so and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.
We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you’re not familiar with terms like cookies, IP

Your privacy and your organizations privacy matters to PSI, please do take the time to get

We collect information necessary for our services to perform as expected, information our users may find beneficial in making decisions and information to provide better services to our customers.
We collect information in multiple ways:
Non-public information that we collect over public networks (such as the internet), is collected over secured communications.
For information entered by you via your browser, this means that we use SSL to encrypt the communications between your browser and our servers. You can verify this by looking for the lock symbol that your browser displays when using SSL.
For other information we use SSL or VPN connections to secure communications. For example, if we collect information from a device at your plant over the internet, we will use a VPN connection to secure the communications.
When private networks are used to collect information, we consider those communications to be secure without additional encryption. For example, if we have a dedicated T1 between one of our data centers and your plant, we will not necessarily use secured communications over that line.
Information stored by our servers is stored on servers in SSAE 16 Type II Certified data centers which we use for providing our hosted services. That information is backed up locally and shipped off-site to secured facilities.
We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.
We use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our services, this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device.
You may set your browser to block all cookies, including cookies associated with our services, or to indicate when a cookie is being set by us. However, it’s important to remember that many of our services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect PSI, our users and their organizations.

We will ask for you or your organization's consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.
